What is HRMAX?

HRMAX is an automated system that streamlines HR operations such as hiring, payroll, performance tracking, and employee records. It also manages assets, vehicle maintenance, and incident reporting, with SMS notifications for updates. Through the Online Employee Portal, employees can view payslips and DTR, and apply for leave, overtime, undertime, and business travel.

HRMAX OBJECTIVES

HRMAX aims to improve the organization’s process by having a standardize operation. It aims to automate all the daily transactions of the HR Department for task harmonization. Aims for speed in retrieving and tracking the employee’s information with accuracy. HRMAX provides a real-time action that is very essential to the dynamic process of the organization.

HRMAX TIMELINE

HRMAX implementation begins after the employee template is submitted at least 15 days before the scheduled date. It has three phases: Phase 1 includes 5–10 working days of on-site implementation plus 3 days of training, while Phases 2 and 3 start one month after the Phase 1 live run.
